Beginning the process of therapy can sometimes feel like navigating uncharted waters – not knowing what to expect or what an experience will be like can be uncomfortable or even scary. There are often many unanswered questions or concerns about therapy, and the Stokan Jagger & Associates Team would like to have the opportunity to answer your questions and alleviate your concerns to hopefully turn your outlook about therapy to one of hope, excitement, and empowerment. Quite often, talking with a therapist an in individual setting, and/or with other people in a group setting, can be powerful sources of change in people’s lives and can help them reach their goals.
